I've tried Yahoo Stores.
I've tried OSCommerce.
And now I've tried Ubercart, and I'm never going back. Both of the above suffer from severe lack of themeability, especially Yahoo Stores (what the hell is up with RTML?)
But Ubercart is clean and elegant. I just slapped on the zen theme and made by own sub-theme in under a week, and I'm what you call a HORRIBLE designer.
Plus everything just seems to work like you'd expect it to. Whenever I had a question about how to do something, there was always a contribution to help, and sometimes the functionality was already built-in, I just was looking in the wrong place.
Thanks for making my familiarity with Drupal a little bit more useful.
Oh yeah, this is with Drupal 5.x and Ubercart 1.x.
Any constructive criticism is welcome. Just please ignore the logo. I made it myself. If this stuff sells well, I will indeed get a professional design done.

Congrats on getting your store up. It looks good to me, I like the filterable lists and the strike-out prices on the main page that clearly indicate the current price is discounted.
The only thing it might be lacking is a bit more color, but honestly, I like it as is.
