This site (http://www.DunnOnsite.com) uses ubercart in a basic fashion. Paypal is the merchant. We've had some issues getting flat rate shipping working properly, but otherwise it works nicely.

The site looks great, though it kept timing out when adding a product to the cart. I dig the theme and the little cell phone mascot... and the picture of Chris about to wail on the van with a half dozen baseball bats. 
Hopefully the kinks in the flat rate module have been getting massaged out lately.
