I have just completed the initial version of a new photography website using Ubercart. Thanks again for an AWESOME piece of software.

Please visit at www.daleypix.com.

Using:

Ubercart
Image
Lightbox2
Copyright
Captcha
Workflow-ng
Metatags

Also using a custom theme cobbled together from pieces of several themes--with lots of original pieces added in for good measure.

Let me know what you think.

Awesome job. Cool The site and custom theme look sharp and the photos look great.

If he can capture some praying mantids dueling to death, I'd be sorely tempted to buy that up. Eye-wink

Nice one mate.

Great pix, the gallery/cart works a charm. You have implemented the attributes really nicely (select drop menu).

May I suggest looking into the pathauto module http://drupal.org/project/pathauto
but if you install, def try it on a test server before going live.

All the best with your website...!

What a cool site, clear theme, easy to use, congrats! Some comments...for some reason I was missing some kind of link to the "Shop" (gallery) in the upper main menu area to lead to the main level of your inventory, for example. Maybe naming it the same "Gallery" than it's now in the right side block? Anyhow, maybe you at least want to fix the tiny typo in April, 2008 Speical...

Great site over all!

Thanks Abilnet, you were too kind to call the typo a "tiny" one. It took a bit of reading to even see it because it was TOO obvious. I had a disabled link to the total inventory in the top menu. Enabled now.

72dpi, bear with me a moment. I spent a bit of time with the docs, but I am not sure I grasp what the pathauto actually would do for the site.

Ryan, the request has been passed along.

@ seedseller; When first time visiting the site, I had in my mind a sort of feeling that something is missing there... after revisiting I got it; it's a question of a web site selling beautiful graph printings... but... there are practically no pictures at all (other than the actual gallery pages of course) In my opinion, the site is almost screaming for pictures to practically all of the pages.

From business point of view I feel, you could also make more sales by actually using the "free advertising space" you have hanging around on your pages! ...some picture here, an other there etc. could do the trick? These will give some color to the site and on the background, it makes easier for the clients to stay on the site longer and browse the actual products etc.

My 2 cents from Sunny Spain Eye-wink
