Nice clean implementation. Well done! I have a few comments if you're interested:

1) Now that you've got the site up and running, theme that thing. Add your own branding, look-and-feel, etc., using Garland as a reference. I've never even heard of pickleball. If you had a good logo and a brand, I'd never forget.

2) In your checkout page, I would recommend asking for the Card Holder Name and CVV number. Fraud is rampant, and remember, you, the merchant are left holding the bag. Not the credit cards. If it is real fraud, they credit the card holder, but withhold the funds from the merchant. These two fields can help reduce those risks.
