Alpha8 and Pathauto 5.2

Im having problem with the Catalog menu and the Pathauto 5.2

The catalog menu block only make links like /Catalog/1/catname
It doesn't use the url alias thats been created for the taxonomy term.
For exampel taxonomy/term/1 has the alias manufactures/apple

I don't know if this is a Ubercart or a Pathauto issue.
