I'm trying to get shipping quotes using the UPS module using the built in one, I sell Tshirts online.
I have set up a UPS account entered all the into needed into uber cart. Added weight and demotions to the product..went back and rechecked everything but still Im getting an error on the checkout page ….
"There were problems getting a shipping quote. Please verify the delivery and product information and try again. If this does not resolve the issue, please call in to complete your order."
Any suggestions on what I can re check? I called UPS and they were not much help but I did confirm all my account info.
I have enabled the module, added my account info, added dimensions and weight to my product...
ANY HELP ? PLEASE? IM LOST HERE.....
