ive been trying to figure out what to do and whare to go for this but currently im at this point whare i feel it would be faster just to post something then continue searching for something i might not find.

ive been reading the handbook which i printed out, and under: cart panes section of the ubercart user's guide, i went through the section of:
enable/diable panes, ect.

and enabled the paypal express, shipping quotes, and default form.

then was met with the fallowing prompt:

The configuration options have been saved.
PayPal Express Checkout requires curl for PHP. Please talk to your system administrator to get this.

i cant find a drupal module to what? fix this? help me? ect.
i havent found much information on this in the forums, ect.

can someone direct me in the correct direction?
