We have a new Ubercart installation using QBMS CC Gateway. We see orders processing successfully--and we've had one report of someone who says they completed their order that we have no record of. The person is not showing up as a customer and the order is not showing up in Ubercart. We also checked our merchant account and do not see any indication that the credit card was processed.
My sense is that the person did not complete check out, and I want to cover all of my bases and see if there are cases where an order doesn't post to Ubercart.
