Anonymous and regular users can't select UPS Ground as an option but the site Administrator can. UPS 2nd day and next-day air as well as usps options are available to everyone. I've tried what I can and now need extra help.

I don't actually see how that can happen. There aren't any access rules that are applied to each quote that comes from a shipping method, so you should see all or nothing from UPS. There's the setting to disable particular services, but that hides the quote from the administrator (and the module doesn't even calculate the cost for it). And the module also throws out any quotes that don't return a rate, but the administrator shouldn't see that either.

It's now giving a error when a single product is in the order, orders with multiple products calculate just fine. This is just for UPS ground. Everything seems to be set to "PAK" packaging for the products.
