 My client has requested that I add Payflow Link (Paypal's service it acquired from Verisign a few years ago) to a Drupal 6.10 / Ubercart 2.x (latest version) site. I found the 1.x contribution at http://www.ubercart.org/contrib/2270 but was wondering (a) if a 2.x version was in the works and (b) if not, if there were pointers / guides on how I might upgrade it to 2.x. Thanks!

I would be willing to help finance a bounty, and maybe there are more people out there that need the Payflow Link contrib module update to 2.x? In the meantime I'm going to start taking a look at the module and see if I might update it myself. If I'm successful I'll post to the original contribution.
