It's possible to make payment method availaible only for specific delivery options or vice versa. Eg: I have set up an delivery option "Cash on Place" -> I'dont need to charge customer for delivery.

I just tryed a solution via conditional action, where I can test a condition of Payment Method, but nothing happened. It is because the payment methods are "counted" after the shippment methods?

Nah, it's just that it's not setup to do this. There is no way to affect the payment methods on the checkout form with conditional actions or alter what shipping quotes are displayed based on the payment method selection.

important function for a shop system

Hi!
I think it is really an important function for a shop system. Especially payment and shipping are very individual things. Your posting is one year old - it would be interessting to know if nothing happend to implement this feature.
