I recently transfer my drupal installation from one server to another - no sure if that matters.

Everything still works fine, except e-mail notifications when an order is processed are no longer sent out. Not to the admin, and not to the customer.

Any ideas?

Are any other Drupal e-mails being sent out? Like registration confirmations or contact form submissions?

yea, it looks like other e-mails are coming in just fine, got two from the relationships module earlier this evening. And when I edit a product, I can make it manually e-mail me the invoice just fine.

I dont really understand what happened

I'm having the same problem and it seemed to happen when I upgraded last, unfortunately I upgraded everything including Drupal (6.12 and UC 6.x-2.0-rc3). Any suggestions as to where to look?

Seems like the condition isn't being fired off for order, but if you tick the update box when setting order to complete then an e-mail gets sent then, so the actual e-mailing code is working.

Also the stock is not getting decremented which is the same action, so seems like that's the problem.

very similar issue - no emails to anybody when an Admin created order is saved, AND the Send Email button is pressed.

Anybody else find this?

If Ubercart 2.0, check your conditional action for sending the customer email. I noticed that after the last upgrade, the customer notification email rule had been corrupted and was sending a duplicate copy to the store admin instead. If using Drupal 6 and RC3 or better of ubercart, check your conditional actions. I'm not sure if this is widespread. To fix the problem, I just reset the conditional action for sending customer order emails. I hope this helps.

my client still has drupal 5 and i recently upgraded him to the latest 5 version and ubercart 1.9 they've stopped receiving email invoices, i checked the conditional actions for send notification email in workflow ng and sure enough, it was blank. added the action to send an email to the customer and 2 arbitrary email addresses that are departments responsible for sending out orders but i'm wondering if it's possible to make it so the system actually sends the whole invoice. thanks

I was having the same issues. Turns out my wysiwyg editor was enabled for all of the fields in conditional actions, disabling it for /admin/store/ca/* worked like a charm and restored this functionality.

Ubercart no order notification anymore

Hi,

Same problem with my shop, i suddenly don't get order notification anymore, do you have any idea ?

I am on D6 Latest Ubercart.

I also get this error from uc_paypal :

IPN failed with HTTP error Connection timed out, code -110.

I receive Paypal notification but no Ubercart notification.
