This seems like it should be simple, but I am not getting it. I want to set up this basic flat rate formula:

0$ - $45: $4.50
$46 - $75: $5.50
over $75: free

That is a user orders $0-$45 worth of products they get charged $4.50.
If they order $46-$75 of products they get charged $5.50.
If they order $76 and beyond worth of products shipping is free.

Table Quote module, that is what you need.

I just set it up the other day in our Ubercart installation, works great!

You can do this with the core Flat Rate shipping module. See the FAQ.

this works well for one method of shipping - but I have store that uses a price-based table rate for multiple methods (Ground / 3 Day / 2 Day and Next Day). How can this be accomplished in UberCart?
