I am trying to setup flat rate shipping for only certain products, but when I try to add the action 'Fetch a shipping quote', the page reloads with a confirmation of 'Action added', but the action is not added (still displays default menu to add an action). I am running UC 2.x and Drupal 6.12; I can use Configdoc if a list of all other installed modules would help. I have searched and found some issues related to Jquery Update, but I do not have that module installed. Any ideas what could be causing this or any solutions?
