When using [Notify customer when a file is granted] this works well and sends an email to the customer with direct links to the purchased files UNLESS the shopping basket also contains a shippable product as well the no download email is sent.
I have been into admin/store/ca/uc_file_notify_grant_trigger/edit/conditions and cant see how I could alter it
