I just set up Ubercart 2.0-rc2 for a new site that will be 100% all file downloads. I added my first product, uploaded the files to my drupalroot/dloads, and added them in the features section of the product.

I logged out, added it to cart, checked out using paypal website payments standard, transaction was completed. But there was no prompt for me to download the two files associated with the purchase. Weird.

So i check the receipt email, it gave a link to download as well, but when I click on it i get an access denied page.

So I log in using my new user account, and try to directly download them from the "files" tab on my account. Again, Access Denied.

BUT, if I log in as an admin, I can click the the email link and download the files ONCE without any problems. If I try to download the file again I get a message "The following URL is not a valid download link. Please contact the site administrator if this message has been received in error." I have no limit set on the amount of times a file can be downloaded.

Any ideas as to what I can do to remedy this?

Re: Problems with File Downloads

I think this is the same bug that's been reported here: http://www.ubercart.org/forum/support/12005/latest_6x2xdev_file_download...
