Hi there, I am trying to figure out why my customer reports are showing both a product total of zero and an order total and average total of $0.00. For example, see below:

# Customer Username Orders Products Total Average
1 Last, First user123 0 0 $0.00 $0.00

Any suggestions? Maybe I've configured something incorrectly?

"Completed"

In many reports, things do not get counted until the order reaches a certain level of workflow, usually "completed". Might that be your issue?

Good thought, but...

I had thought that may be the case. But we have dozens of orders now, and all total still show $0.00.

I take that back...

Thanks, Cayenne....you were right. I misread your recommendation.

Our Report Settings (in admin/store/settings/reports) were set to Reported Status="Completed", but we only track to "Payment Received". I changed that and all works perfectly! You rock.

Reports Settings - Thanks

Thank you to all who posted. I also experienced this problem and it was due to the workflowng status "completed" not being tracked. After changing the report status to "payment received" all the data came back accurate on Customers, Sales, and Products. No more zeros!

Thank you also for this information, it annoyed me so much as to not find why I had $0.00 for everything..... I now have great looking reports for my client.
