I've set up ubercart to sell download mp3's and everything worked fine for the first couple of test sales. The customer got an email with a link to the download as soon as he'd paid through paypal. But now no email is sent to the customer who then, obviously, doesn't get the download he's paid for.

I've tried to retrace my steps by going back over the documentation at http://www.ubercart.org/docs/user/10966/selling_files and notice that I don't have the form items 'order status' or 'files mask' at /admin/store/settings/products/edit/features. So I can't set the order status to completed ()or anything else)

Can anybody help?

I too don't have Order Status on the page. Have you sort the problem somehow? If so could you please share how you sorted?

Looking at the code in uc_file.module, it looks like those options no longer exist at the features form.

In Drupal 6 (Ubercart 2.x) they've been replaced by a Conditional Action called "Renew purchased files." Try looking there - /admin/store/ca

Also go to your "orders" page and then click on an order. The order status option should be somewhere towards the bottom on one of the tabs unless they moved it.

That's not what we're talking about. They're talking about the configuration option for allowing File Downloads to be released to a user's account, not updating the order status from within an order detail page.
