all I can manage to get to display is a dead image icon.. all image modules required have been installed and configured, and the status report says it should be good to go.

I can upload the images when creating a product, and see them there.. they just wont display in the catalog list or full product view

i am running on apache and the latest release of ubercart alpha 7e

any help would be much appreciated

Check to see if there is a "tmp" directory in your files folder. If so set it's permissions to 777 and refresh a page that is missing images. If not create it an refresh. This worked for me.

thanks for that.. but I think I figured out my problem... apparently clean urls has to be turned on in order for images to work properly

can get product images to display anywhere3

I have the same problem. I've configured to show the images. I have just did the TMP folder under files folder but when i see product details i can't see the image.
I have activated the Image API GD2 and ImageMagick too.
The thickbox too.
I'm sending the images, perhaps it could help to figure out.

I don't remember exactly but you have to go to admin then products and in the bottom of this screen you can see what error you have that doesn't let you show the images. The main error could be that you haven't installed the image api or image cache.
Then if there are installed without errors it should be be  the presets images and with this you can see the products images.
