payment stuck in pending... think it's paypal's ipn

hey guys,
i've been live for near 2 years with no problems (well almost). all of a sudden my payments are stuck in pending.

this is the only message coming from uc_paypal: "Message: Receiving IPN at URL for order 250."

obviously the order goes through just fine when i manually change the status to "completed."

must be something regarding paypal ipn?
please please please help.

p.s. i will finally upgrade this site to 6.x/ubercart2 next week or so but for now i really have to figure this out.

I'm on 1.7, happening to me too. Just started today, so either Paypal changed something, or there must be a problem with their site.

The normal message "IPN transaction verified."that appears in the logs after the "Receiving IPN at URL for order ###" does not appear to be happening.

This is going to be a big day for sales for use too as we just put out a new long awaited item, so hopefully we won't have to go in and manually update all these orders.

Payments are going through but the IPN notifications are not.

ipn transaction verified now...
order status updates to completed

does not trigger email anymore for download. or update file download permission at all.

Yeah, Paypal goes back and (usually) submits the ones that are pending, but sometimes it misses them, so you need to now and then check your Pending orders. (/admin/store/orders/sort/pending)
