Hi all,
I would love to make an automated comment for a user whenever I change his order status to 'completed' and notify him of this. I tried conditional actions, but the closest I get is changing the user comment after the mail with the updated status (to completed) has been sent, so the user won't see that comment.
I also tried to send that person a complete new email when the status is set to 'completed', but first I would need to make an entire new email template for that, + this mail would be sent regardless the 'sent email notification on update'-checkbox is checked or not.
Does anyone have a solution for this? For now I'll tell my client to just make a standard message and copy/paste it in the user comment textarea whenever they set the order status to 'completed'.
