I cant seem to get PayPal express checkout to work. Keeps asking the customer to create a PayPal account. On the PayPal side I've set my payment preferences to Express Checkout and set the PayPal Account Option to "on". On the UC side I've read through the documentation, set PayPal Express Checkout as my payment method, configured the API signature and credentials, changes the API server to "live".
You should be able to use Express Checkout without upgrading your PayPal account to Website Payments Pro right?
My PayPal account is set up as a business account. Not sure what I am missing.
