Problem with subcategories in catalog?

I create categories and subcategories for my products, when i click in a category in the catalog block he expands the subcategories, so far so good, but in the main page he only show the title of the category, why isnt showing the subcategories of that category? Puzzled

This may be a silly question, and i'm almost certain that i already use it in 7b but now is not working, maybe i have hacked some code before and now don't remember or maybe im a bit crazy Sticking out tongue

I believe that is something in the uc_catalog but what's changed? I don't find any configuration for that in the catalog configuration.

Did you check "Display subcategories in catalog view" at /admin/store/settings/catalog/edit?

Getting busy with the Ubercode.Spreading the word - Ubercart for president.

diego - are you using the catalog_grid module at all? If so, that is likely why the subcategories are not showing. I had the same problem when I upgrade to 8.

Hi Ryan, yes, i did and doesnt work, in the catalog block its fine, if i access catalog page it works too but any category page shows only the title, no subcategories.

After a few tests i find the problem, is the uc_catalog_grid module, if i disable him the catalog works fine but if i enable him the problem in catalog returns.

I must use this module for my site but i can't continue with this catalog problem, can you or someone help me with that?

thanks

You can try jorditr's alternative catalog module. I hope to bring it into core soon, and it provides an enhanced product grid instead of just the table listing.
