Hi sanne, just delete what you had and replace with the new one (this is not normally required but is this time due to the change of dir structure). Run the update.php script in your drupal root. Make sure you don't select a higher version than is pre-selected or it could miss vital database updates.

Truncate your cache tables and you should be done.
