Hi,
I noticed this a while ago but the site it was happening on has been off-line due to server issues.
Ever since updating to 2.0 all of the email notifications are being sent twice, this includes the admin notification, the invoice email as well as the email telling users that they can download the file.
I'm a bit bit stumped as to whether or not there have been some changes to the standard Conditional Actions or if it's probably something that is happening because of possible UC along with the use of the affiliate module.
I've attached 2 screenshots - one is of my list of CAs, hoping someone will see them and see something glaringly obvious, and the other is of a sample order details page showing what happened and when.
My only observation is that everything seemed to happen at 11:42:21, which was as soon as payment was received (PayPal Express Checkout).
