Hello,

I have workflow-ng set up to trigger free shipping for orders that are $150.00 or greater. This is working just fine. Except today I learned that if someone purchases a product for $145.00, the in-state tax puts it over $150 and triggers free shipping when it really shouldn't.

I looked at the Workflow-ng setup, but don't see a way to make this pre-tax. If someone knows a way around this, I'd appreciate it. Also, we're planning on upgrading this site soon to the latest version of UC1, so if it's easier (or even possible) with conditional actions I'd appreciate any info. on that too.

I think you would have to create a small module with a new trigger for pre-tax order total to do what you want in Ubercart 1. If you do, please consider creating a feature request at http://www.drupal.org/project/ubercart and contributing a patch. You can check at http://demo.ubercart.org to see if Ubercart 2.2 will work the way you want.
