I posted this in the Bug Reports a while ago, but maybe it's something I'm not doing right?
Using Ubercart 1.9
If a user's Saved Address is selected from the dropdown, then tax is not calculated on the order.
Similarly, if I select the checkbox "My billing information is the same as my delivery information.", then taxes are not calculated on the order if there are workflow-ng conditions on the billing address. If I manually change the dropdown for the State/Province in the Billing Profile, then the taxes will calculate.
