 Hello, What should I enter as the 'Merchant POST URL'? When I try to process a card I receive 'No response returned from CyberSource.'. Also, is how can I access 'https://orderpagetest.ic3.com/hop/ProcessOrder.do' to see what is being posted and the requestID for each transaction? Many thanks, Paul

Use the same URL for the Merchant POST URL that you used in the other fields, http://www.example.com/cs/receipt. Not sure what you mean by your last question... I don't have a link to that anywhere in the test server. Can you not just use the transaction search to look at your previous requests?

Thanks, I have added my Merchant POST URL now. The 'https://orderpagetest.ic3.com/hop/ProcessOrder.do' is listed in the ubercart.module as the url to post the payment info to when using a test mode. I receive the message 'No response received from CyberSource', when trying to process a card. Do I need to change 'https://orderpagetest.ic3.com/hop/ProcessOrder.do' for a different address? Or perhaps there is something else wrong? My transaction search shows nothing, so it does seems CyberSource isn't receiving anything. I am told by the tech support at CyberSource that they will need the requestID to look into what was received, but I don't know where to find this. Could I have missed something quite simple? I believe I have followed the instruction on this site accurately. Many thanks for your continued help and suggestions! |
