One of my client who is based on Hawaii want to make an order but the problem is that the Hawaii state is not included in the USA country list. How can I add Hawaii to the USA country list? Is there a simple phpMyAdmin code which can be used?

Hawaii *is* in the US country file, your problem must be something else.

I checked the file at sites/all/modules/ubercart/uc_store/countries/united_states_840_1.cif but there is no Hawaii listed in it, maybe I removed it quite some time ago but now I need to have Hawaii in it. But just putting the Hawaii code in there is not going to help me. So is there a mysql database code which will work. Sorry but I don't know about codings.
