Ubercart is alive and working and I have sold and shipped products. Now I'm adding a file download product and it isn't working - the sale works but no download info appears.
I have followed the steps outlined in http://www.ubercart.org/docs/user/10966/selling_files faithfully. The product has the "feature" of download, the download directory is setup, the file is present and linked to the product. Permissions allow any user to download. Shipping is not required.
I do a test purchase of the product, pay with a credit card thru paypal even and the transaction happens just perfectly. Except, no info about a download.
When I go to "my account" I can see (several) test orders for the download product and all have a status of completed. But under the FILES tab there is nothing.
I cannot get the conditional actions / predicates to work right to send the buyer an email with the download link, which would be ideal. It seemed like the trigger condition was that the email was already sent, somehow.
Something is not right but I've exhausted my search.
