I created a product class in under store administration. In fact, I created 9 classes
When I look at Content Types they are all displayed, so I know they are present
When I click on Create Content there are only 2 of the 9 showing.
I've run out of options. The content permissions module is not enabled in the modules.
I have enabled all permissions on all the content types under UberCart permissions.
2nd step I took
I went into the manage classes and deleted the classes that were showing up in content types, but not showing up to create content.
I deleted them in the manage classes first and the content type second.
I then created new manage classes and they appeared in Content Types, and in Create Content.
However, some of the new manage classes did not work.
In other words.. when I add to manage classes it will add the class, and add it to content types....but WILL NOT show up as a type under CREATE CONTENT.
I have deleted and added several times in the manage class and it has failed and passed.
I have 9 classes to add on the site I'm working. So far it has accepted 5 that appear in Create Content, yet the additional 4 classes show only in manage classes and content types.
3rd step I took
I made a change in the manage classes and it worked, but I'm not sure this is the solution.
I changed from using a machine name like - applesoranges to apples_oranges
It passed through to Content Types and Create Content.
So, maybe not a bug... but a naming convention issue
OK - this works when adding new product classes = I changed from using a machine name like - applesoranges to apples_oranges
The machine name seems to work for one word under 15 characters, over that and it won't pass through to the Create Content
Voila! - I just hope I hit the jackpot LOL
