Maybe I'm missing the options, but I don't see where you can choose the invoice template for email invoice. I changed the customer one, the admin one, it works... but when I send the invoice by email, the old template is still active.

I start again my question because I search on the administration panel and really don't find.
Is there a way to choose the template of the invoice sended by email ?
Checkout notifications are different from the order invoice so you can do different things with your store... have you adjusted the invoice template setting here: /admin/store/settings/orders/edit?
Yeah, I putted my template in the page setting you talked about.
In fact it works in the user account page, when he goes to the invoice print page, this the good template that is loaded. But if I send the invoice by email with the invoice email in the admin order panel, it send it with the default ubercart template.
Alrighty, I'll check the code. It may just be I forgot to send the request through the right function.

in my beta5 Shop it is the other way around. I have a custom invoice template uploaded and choosen within message settings. For sending the invoice-email it works fine but in the user account page, the invoice print page is shown as the default template, same to invoice at the edit order page.
uhhps sorry, there was the wrong temoplate choosen at /admin/store/settings/orders/edit
