Sorry for so many questions this weekend -- I'm makin' my way up the learning curve.
Anyway, how do I set things up to automatically email the invoice to the customer and the store owner? I can't seem to find it anywhere.....

Well ... basically just browse to admin/store/settings/notify/edit/checkout
Under Customer checkout notification check 'Send order confirmation e-mails to customers after checkout.'.
Under Admin checkout notification check 'Send new order notifications to the e-mail addresses specified below.'.
I think that is what you meant, right?
