Hello,

Currently, we have many products set up with multiple variations of each. We have also created all the individual SKU's for each of these products and variations.

How do we program Product Kits to have default variations?

For example, we sell golfing outfits... We want the shirt colors variation to be pre-selected based on the outfit, however, the shirt size variation should not be pre-selected.

Can you help us?

Hi, I'm sorry, we didn't think this would be all that hard...

Does anyone know how to do this?

We just want the Product kits to have pre-selected variations for some of the products.

This sounds like a customization to me. This will require some Ajax based scripting that will change attributes on the fly - I don't believe this functionality is available natively. If that's not an option the longer route would be to set those products up like that, individually - but that would create and awful lot of duplication.

You might want to have a look at "Dependent Attributes" (http://drupal.org/project/uc_dependent_attributes)
