Hi,
I've built a store with ubercart that sells tickets to an event. I've set it up with coupon codes that will take 100% off the price (for promotional). When I add the ticket and coupon to the cart the total comes to $0.00 as it should I get to the end of the checkout, review my order and press submit and I get this error message:
We were unable to process your credit card payment. Please verify your card details and try again. If the problem persists, contact us to complete your order.
Now I assume this is because it's a $0.00 subtotal. What can I do in this case? Is there a better way to offer free tickets, aside from manually entering them?
