im kinda new to the google shop kinda thing and was wondering if theres anyway i can link my drupal site with my google products?

Then here for the latest requirements from Google: http://www.google.com/support/merchants/bin/answer.py?answer=188494

Unfortunately these latest requirements are going to make the current Ubercart Google Base / Google Shopping solutions redundant since they require fields for which there is no room in Ubercart. Keep your eye on the projects above though.
