Can anyone tell me how to add a shipping quote to an order based on shipping weight & country? I'm trying conditional actions but getting nowhere. I've looked through old posts on this subject but not found anything that clarifies how to do it.

Here's a screencap of where I am so far with this. I think the conditions are correct but I don't see an action that will apply a flat rate shipping cost.

Problem solved

After much searching, I have discovered that what you need for global shipping by weight is the GLOBAL SHIPPING MODULE, which was released earlier this year.
