I've tried to find a way to insert a mandatory checkbox "Accept terms of service" that the user has to check to be able to complete the order.
I found http://drupal.org/project/uc_termsofservice but this module is not for drupal 7.

Suggestions?

I definitely need this too

I need a panel where members 'have to' fill out a waiver before purchasing with fields etc.
