Duplicated Address fields in Checkout Settings

Bug Finder

For some reason I have two fields called Address and Street Address at the bottom of my Check Out Settings Address Fields. They are missing check boxes.

See the attached screen shot to see what I am talking about.

Not sure if this is a bug or I am just not understanding them so I am posting here.

These fields are just titles used in place of other field titles. For example, looking at checkout you can see where Street Address 1 and Street Address 2 are simply Street Address. There's nothing to actually enable or disable.
