After updating from beta1 to beta2, Ubercart can no longer connect to my payment gateway (linkpoint). WIll update with more info as I come across it.
Were any changes made to payment system between beta1 and beta2?

No significant changes that would cause that to happen.
Wow, looks like its one of those days.
I forgot to include the folder uc_linkpoint_api in the ubercart update. When I realized it was missing, I put it in the shipping folder instead of the payment folder. Because of this, a required certificate file needed to connect to linkpoint was not found, and I kept receiving the error:
Sorry - Could not connect to payment gateway.
All is well now. Thanks for the quick update Ryan, eliminating any possible ubercart changes helped me narrow down my search so much quicker.
