Two address related errors some users experience

I have created a Non-US (India) Paypal account,
Some customers where successfully did shopping in my store at the beginning.
But suddenly new purchases have largely dropped to unseen level.

I checked Paypal integration once again by buying using a (Indian) Paypal Business Account.

After entering Paypal login credential, i got the following error,

"To complete your payment, your country of residence must be same as the country to which you are shipping"

Another one customer reported the following error and asked for help,

"delivery address and account address doesn’t match"

I tried buying using an another (Indian) Paypal Account that is a Personal account.
That was successful.

As you can see both errors where related to Address,

But not all orders exhibited this behavior, can anybody help me to prevent this problem?

Also till now i am unable to verify the integration by purchasing using a Paypal US Personal account.

Can any Paypal US users lend their hand in testing the integration ?
Just attempt to log-in to Paypal after checking out, you don't even need to click Pay Now,

Also i hope you know who i am, i have successfully used Ubercart to setup a shopping cart at http://www.gpswatcher.com so i hope you guys will trust me and help me. (Don't suggest to use Paypal Sandbox accounts)

I got the same problem... Suddendly with the sandbox...

Did you resolve your problem ?
