problem installing worldquote : not finding it @ home>administer>store administration>configuration>methods

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade from a successful install of
geoshipping with UC_alpha7 and drupal 5.3
to
worldquote with UC_beta3 and drupal5.6

according to
http://www.ubercart.org/contrib/851
I unzipped
both uc_worldquotes and uc_regions
under modules/ubercart/shipping/

then under drupal I went to
admin/store/settings
and/or
admin/store/settings/quotes
which seem to be the closest I can find to the instructions'
home>administer>store administration>configuration>methods

and I don't see any way to configure/dialog with uc_worldquotes.
I tried running update.php, but no go either.

Could somebody give me a hint what's the next step ?

What version of the worldquote module you use ?

if you use the one the contribution, it is completly obsolete. You should use the one I post below or later.

I use my version of the worldquote on drupal 5.6 and UC beta 3 and it works perfectly.

Also do I need uc_region ?

yes, you need the region module, even if you don't set regions rules.
