Hi there is there any contribution to support for product

As we are based in UK and we sell lighter which we only can ship to uk not anywhere else
If a customer from USA or other country try to checkout, the checkout should give the warning that the product "xyz" only to be shipped in uk You cannot buy lighters to ship other than UK.

Can anyone help me in this
