After successful Checkout (Paypal sansbox) I click a button 'return to merchant' and system redirect me to to the shopping cart!

I can't see a page "Your order is complete! Your order number is ...
Thank you for shopping at.."

Do I have to enable it somewhere ? Is it default state after Checkout?
