Hi all,

I'm fairly new to the ecommerce world and am having some trouble figuring out the best way to go about this. I sent a product out to a customer, but they inputted the address wrong and it got returned to sender. Is there a way I can set the customer account with a balance to cover reshipping the item or will I need to do it over the phone manually?
