We recently have had a huge surge in chargebacks/returns. The orders have nothing different than any other "normal" order we process- there aren't any red flags- other than customers aren't using the products long enough- just mail them back (some of them with 95% of the product missing) and then file a complaint with the CC company- who of course awards them a chargeback- and we our left out large amounts of product.
One thing we have noticed in fighting them is that they need proof that the customer "accepted" and read our Return policy. I clicked the box to show the return policy at checkout pane- but it doesn't appear (and yes there is text in the box etc...)
Is there somehow we can have a box they have to check that says "I accept the terms of service/privacy policy/return policy" and by checking the box and submitting the order it's like a signature that they accepted it?
