USPS asking for API being used and I'm not sure what to tell them

Thanks in advance for any help with this.

I got this responce from USPS while requesting access to production server and I'm not too sure what API I should tell them I'm using. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Thank you for contacting the USPS Internet Customer Care Center in regards to your Webtools.

I would be happy to move you over to the production server, however I will need the following information.

- What API are you trying to access?
- Are you using a third party shopping cart?
- Name of third party shopping cart

Übercart uses the Rate Calculator API, for Domestic and Internation Rates, if they need to know that much. None of the other web tools have been implemented, yet, though getting tracking and shipping labels working would be nice.
