MASSIVE problem adding product

Ok, now that I've gone thru all the config settings -- NOW I have massive problems adding a product, which I DIDN'T have before I went thru all these settings!

when I just tried to add a product, I got this errr msg:

warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argumented is expected to be a valid callback, 'uc_product_add_to_cart_form_15' was given in /mounted-storage/home23b/sub002/scXXXXX-HROA/crypticsites.biz/includes/form.inc on line 218.

And also --it's showing the price as $0.00 -- though I entered a price in the sell price box!

None of this happened when I first tried entering a product, BEFORE I went thru all these config settings!

AARGHHH!!

I'm about ready to give up, just add my old HTML pages as page content and setup paypal individually for each one. This is just too hard.

AndriaD,
Sorry your having trouble. Sad And Sorry I can't give you a solid answer to what's causing your problem. I can however, offer the following suggestions:

(1) try undoing configuration settings you recently set and perhaps you will find the particular setting causing the problem.

(2) please let everyone know the version of Drupal you are using as well as the version of Ubercart you have installed. That will help everyone diagnose the problem.

(3) i noticed this is a "warning" and does not appear to be a "fatal error" so perhaps you can just ignore the error if all is working as expected. You did do the right thing by reporting the warning so the coders can fix thie problem.

(4) In your administration section under logs, click on the "Recent log entries" link and see if there are any log entries that might give you a clue as to what might be going wrong. And while your there, under logs, you might as well click on the Status report link to make sure you have all green check marks next to all the requirements to run Drupal. If not, you may have an old version of something that may be causing the warning to appear.

(5) The Sell Price coming back $0.00 is strange if you gave it some other value. Are you able to edit that product and confirm it's price is in fact set to something other than 0?

That's all i can think of for now. I'm sure that one of the uberdudes or someone else with more ubercart experience than myself will come along and know exactly what that warning is all about and let you know how to clear it up.

Good Luck!

I'm using Drupal 5.7; and ubercart 5.x-1.0-beta5; it's the 2nd installation for both, since something apparently fouled up in my first install of Drupal, someone at the Drupal forum suggested foregoing my host's autoinstaller and doing it myself, and he was right, piece of cake; all the status thingies have green checks except apparently I need to do something about cron, but I figure I'll save that for when the whole thing is actually running.

Actually I think *I* might have caused it, when I had one product defined correctly, I hit the "add to cart" button just to see what was the next page, and if I could successfully remove it from the cart, and I did; but maybe hitting that add to cart button when things were still mostly unconfigured caused some problem.

The sell price seems to be the biggest issue; when I hit edit to go back and try to re-enter it, it let me, but when I came out, it still said $0.00, so I don't know why it won't accept the sell price; it's the only price box with a required-red-asterisk but maybe I need to enter it in the display price box also?

I'm thinking at this point of going ahead and uninstalling it and doing a *3rd* install of it, since I have managed to learn more about it each time I have installed and tinkered with it, maybe I can finally get it right this time.

However no one has replied to my post about whether or not I need a checkout page if the only payment method I'm using is paypal website standard pmt, so I don't know that part yet. >-0

Thx much,
Andria

Yes, if you're selling things through Ubercart, you'll need a checkout page - even if you are only using PayPal WPS.
