Newbee to Ubercart.

Got the basic Shopping Cart up and running w/no issues but know I'm getting into the meat of the store & products.

Is there an easy way to add additional Product Dimensions besides the standard Units of Measurements (Length, Width, Height)?

Most of my Products have numerous dimensions?

Yes.

Products are stored in Drupal as node content types. Go to admin/structure/types and click on the "Manage fields" link for the content type of your products. You can add whatever fields you like there, including dimensions.

If you don't have special content types for your products, go to admin/store/products/classes and add them.

But, can I have the new fields show up in the Dimensions block on the Product edit page?

I've attached a screenshot identifying the section where I would like to add additional fields.

Yes. You can make any page, including pages with forms, appear however you want by theming it.

Theming is a rather large topic. Start with https://drupal.org/documentation/theme.
