Does anyone know of a way where a user can purchase a course from UberCart and have all of there information be sent to a moodle course?

You'll probably need some custom programming to do this.

You might have a look at http://drupal.org/project/moodle. It's only for Drupal 6, but it might be enough to get you started.

Yeah, I saw this and we are running on Drupal 7 and moodle 2.4. I saw there was some integration between Drupal Commerce and Moodle but I was not very satisfied with how Commerce Functions as a store, It is very complicated compared to how easy UberCart is to use.
